By accessing Hans Pathology Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use this software for pathology lab report management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations;
- Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscription plans are billed annually. Access to features depends on the chosen plan level. Failure to renew may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hans Pathology shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.
