Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods. However, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase if no reports have been generated using the system.

3. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Plan Downgrades

Plan downgrades are processed at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the price difference when downgrading an active subscription.
